Michelle Peifley-Serio DDS, MS

Dr. Michelle Peifley Serio graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1994. She did a General Practice Residency at Evanston Hospital after graduation. Prior to dental school, she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, and a Master of Science in Dental Hygiene Education at the University of Maryland, and taught dental hygiene for four years. She has been practicing dentistry at Savin dental since 1995.

Dr. Peifley Serio enjoys building relationships with her patients and her goal is to provide a comfortable dental experience while being mindful of the entire patient. She maintains a high level of dental knowledge and remains current by participating in various continuing education classes as well as being a member of a Spear’s Study Group.

Outside the office, Dr. Peifley Serio is involved in multiple community programs such as the Lion’s Club International, a member of Parish Council for her church, and a Chairwomen for an annual Thanksgiving outreach program in Evanston, IL, where dinner is delivered to over 175 shut-ins in the Evanston area.

Dr. Peifley Serio is married to Stephen Serio, a professional photographer. She has two sons, Jack and Sam. She resides in Ravinia.
